Refund & Returns Policy

Firstly, thank you for ordering from Londonland!

We hope you're happy with your purchase but understand sometimes you may need to return an item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Changed your mind? Please email hazel@londonlanddesigns.com within 14 days of delivery and let us know. Unfortunately we can not offer you a refund after the 14 days. The item must be sent back to us within 14 days of your return request, in new unused condition and in its original packaging. Once received, we will refund the full amount paid for the products and also the cost of the original postage paid at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for any return postage costs and we would advise to purchase tracked delivery method. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please note that refunds to PayPal accounts can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

All of our parcels are packaged securely and sent out with great care, however accidents can happen. If your item arrived damaged during delivery, please email the details and photographs of the damaged items and packaging to hazel@londonlanddesigns.com within 14 days of delivery. The damaged item must be sent back to us within 14 days of your return request. A prepaid Royal Mail returns postage label will be emailed to you. Please retain your proof of postage from the post office. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used when placing the order.

EXCHANGES: 

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for refund and then place a separate new order.
